2. Orders & Purchasing

Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed via our website contact/order form
• All orders are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• You will receive an order confirmation by email

Pricing

• All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• The price at the time of ordering will be honoured

• Wholesale & Corporate orders — price on request

3. Payment

• Payment is processed securely via PayPal
• We accept PayPal, debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay (via PayPal)
• Payment must be completed in full before dispatch
• We do not store your payment card details

4. Delivery

• We deliver within the United Kingdom
• Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
• Express delivery available — please enquire
• Delivery costs will be communicated at time of order
• International shipping available — contact us for rates
• Risk passes to you upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Return

• Products must be unopened and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Damaged or Faulty Products

• If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

• Our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, cold-pressed, from Camporeale, Sicily
• Product images are for illustration purposes — appearance may vary slightly
• Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight
• Best before date is printed on each bottle
• Our products contain olives only — no additives or preservatives

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Sicilian Brothers brand identity are protected by copyright and trademark law.

• The Sicilian Brothers name and logo are proprietary
